Bond-Rite REMOTE EP

For process applications that require earthing for more than 6 hours per day, the Bond-Rite REMOTE EP utilises a common 230V or 110V mains supply to power the monitoring circuit of each indicator station.
 
The IECEx / ATEX certified Universal Power Supply can provide continuous power for up to 10 GRP monitoring-indicator stations simultaneously.

The monitoring-indicator stations can be mounted in Zone 1/21 hazardous areas with the IS power supply located in a Zone 2/22 area or local Safe Area. 

Up to 10 separate items of conductive plant equipment can be monitored with the Bond-Rite REMOTE EP.

• Tungsten carbide tips bite through product deposits, vessel/drum coatings and rust to ensure proper bonding connections are made.

• Stainless steel 2 core clamps designed to withstand use in tough chemical processing and industrial environments

• 10 ohms loop resistance monitoring compliant with international Best Practice standards

Continuous Ground Loop monitoring prevents accumulation of static charges on plant equipment ensuring contact with earthed objects do not cause an incendive static spark discharge.

Flexible Options:

Customers can select either Medium Duty (X45-IP) or Heavy Duty (X90-IP) ATEX / FM approved static earthing clamps on standard lengths of Hytrel protected 2 core cable.
All clamps and cable are supplied with Quick Connects to enable connection to the indicator station.

The Universal Power Supply can power up to 10 monitoring-indicator stations simultaneously. The IECEX / ATEX approval permits mounting in Zone 2 / 22 atmospheres or local Safe Areas.
